Do you offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?

Where is my account data stored?
We store account data in the EU, specifically in Germany and Ireland. Some ancillary data, like marketing emails (not your documents), may be stored in different locations by our sub-processors. You can find information on the hosting locations of our sub-processors in our list of sub-processors.
Does ListMyDocs comply with the GDPR?
Yes. You can read more about our compliance in the End User License Agreement.
When is personally identifiable data deleted?
We delete personally identifiable data, including your documents, after you close your account. The precise date and time of deletion depends on technical factors, e.g. the expiration of backups. If you need to be certain that your data is deleted on a specific date, please contact our customer service and they will be happy to assist. The only exception is data that we must keep for legal reasons, e.g. invoices that we have sent to you.
